95 pound Power snatch, 15 reps
Run 400 meters

9AM GROUP:

200M RUN

10 FRONT SQUATS / 10 PUSH PRESS / 10 SITUPS

200M RUN - REPEAT WITH 9 REPS, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

ABOVE: Clint nails 17 overhead squats at bodyweight (190lbs.)

Below: Nicole Carroll goes ATG with her bodyweight.
