WOD 070109

Run 10k.

Alternate: 10,000lbs Bench Press Challenge!

Using any combination of weight and reps, perform 10,000lbs total on the bench press for time.

Gym Hours for Canada Day: 6am-4pm. CrossFit Groups at 7am, 9am, and Noon.
